Key Responsibilities
National Peer-to-Peer Strategy
- Develop and execute high-impact, compliant peer-to-peer (P2P) marketing programs for DURAVYU.
- Set strategic vision for KOL-led education, clinical discussion, and advocacy.
- Align P2P objectives with brand goals, launch milestones, and sales priorities.
- Design programming that builds clinical conviction (MOA, durability, safety, real-world use).
- Develop annual P2P plans with objectives, budgets, and performance targets.
Speaker Bureau & Advocacy Network
- Build and manage the KOL speaker bureau infrastructure.
- Identify, recruit, train, and engage a national retina speaker faculty.
- Deliver compliant, high-impact scientific/clinical speaker programming.
- Coordinate speaker training, content development, and ongoing faculty management.
- Ensure bureau compliance with regulatory and company policies.
P2P Programming Across Formats
- Design and execute P2P programs across live, virtual, and digital formats.
- Create scalable formats (dinner programs, virtual roundtables, webinar series, congress-adjacent events).
- Innovate to maximize physician engagement and learning.
- Measure performance and refine based on data and feedback.
Integration with HCP & Field Marketing
- Coordinate P2P with field sales priorities, HCP marketing, and Medical Affairs engagement.
- Ensure unified messaging across channels and drive cross-functional synergies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
- 12+ years in pharma/biotech peer-to-peer marketing, speaker programs, or HCP engagement.
- Experience building/managing speaker bureaus and P2P programs; KOL engagement/faculty development.
- Strong compliance knowledge; cross-functional leadership; managing P2P vendors/agencies.
Knowledge & Capabilities
- Retina disease/ specialty pharma marketing knowledge; P2P design/execution/measurement.
- Project management, communication, relationship management; analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Ability to operate in a fast-growing biotech environment.
Preferred Experience
- Ophthalmology/retinal market; buy-and-bill and physician-administered therapeutics.
- Biotechnology launch experience; digital P2P/virtual engagement.
Success Measures
- Speaker bureau/faculty quality and engagement; P2P reach, attendance, and satisfaction.
- Clinical conviction/adoption impact; compliance; cross-functional integration.
- Budget adherence and P2P ROI.
Salary Range: $257,500 USD - $326,167 USD
