Executive Director, Organization & Talent Partner R&D Division

Role: Senior strategic HR leader serving as Executive Director, Organization & Talent Partner within R&D, advising senior leadership on organizational capability, workforce planning, and talent development to support scientific and pipeline priorities. Responsibilities: develop long-term organization and talent strategies, drive capability planning aligned with business transformation, coach senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, and lead cross-functional partnerships to translate strategy into execution across complex global R&D functions. Requirements: Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related; 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic partnership in large, global, science-driven organizations; proven experience advising executives, workforce planning, organization design, and leadership development. High-Value: pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience, supporting scientific R&D, with expertise in change management, talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. WorkSetup: hybrid; travel approximately 10%.
