Role: Senior strategic HR leader as Executive Director, Organization & Talent Partner in R&D, guiding organization capability and talent strategies to support scientific innovation. Responsibilities: shape long-term organizational and workforce plans aligned with research priorities; lead leadership development, succession, and organizational effectiveness initiatives; coordinate across HR functions and external centers of excellence to execute change strategies; advise senior leaders; foster talent growth and transformational initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; 12+ years in strategic HR roles within complex, global, science-based organizations, with experience advising executives and managing workforce planning, organization design, and talent development.
