Executive Director, Organization & Talent Partner R&D Division

Role: Senior strategic HR partner serving as Executive Director of Organization & Talent Partner (OTP) within R&D, advising senior leadership on organizational and talent strategies. Responsibilities: shape long-term organization capability plans, drive workforce planning, support leadership development, and lead transformational initiatives across complex scientific and operational units. Collaborate with HR centers of excellence, enterprise teams, and local leaders to execute strategies, ensuring organizational readiness for future scientific priorities. Develop leaders through coaching and talent programs, fostering effective organizational design and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements: Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic partnership in global, science-based organizations such as pharma or life sciences; expertise in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management. Skills: influence, executive communication, systems thinking, diversity & inclusion, HRIS proficiency, leadership development, and strategic thinking.
