Executive Director, Neuroscience Global Commercial Strategy β Key Responsibilities:
- Lead worldwide brand planning for priority neuroscience assets across marketing, medical, access, and development (long-range strategic and financial planning).
- Drive enterprise assessment of competitive intelligence, market events, and emerging scientific/commercial trends; translate into brand strategies and investment priorities.
- Convert emerging clinical/market/brand evidence into strategic choices maximizing asset value and enabling appropriate patient use, using a tech-forward approach (AI) to drive insight and efficiency.
- Build and steward strategic relationships with opinion leaders, advocacy organizations, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Partner with GMAx and Pricing teams to shape development strategies addressing future access requirements and launch uptake.
- Understand local market dynamics, customer needs, payer considerations, and competitive forces to identify growth opportunities and inform global development/launch planning.
- Lead through influence across functions, geographies, and senior levels to align development and launch strategies.
- Define strategies and cultivate stakeholder relationships to strengthen BMSβs presence in emerging neuroscience therapeutic areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA/BS required; life sciences degree or equivalent desirable; MBA/graduate degree strongly preferred.
- At least 12 years progressive biopharmaceutical experience; proven leadership across full asset life cycle (pipeline β launch β in-market growth).
- US and global experience preferred.
- Psychiatry and neuroscience functional experience strongly preferred.
- Strong scientific/development acumen; deep understanding of drug development, regulatory pathways, evidence generation, and product evaluation.
- Strong commercial acumen: global/local market dynamics, feasibility, market access, patient advocacy, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated enterprise collaboration integrating internal/external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated marketing experience; disciplined strategic judgment.
- Strong financial/business acumen; ability to synthesize information and manage budgets.
- Demonstrated experience setting strategic direction and leading matrix teams through influence.
- Domestic and international travel required (~20%).

Compensation: $239,080 - $289,708 (plus potential incentives based on eligibility).
