Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate global V&I strategy for assigned TA(s), drive global/regional execution, and country rollout; partner with Outcomes Research for real-world data generation.
- Ensure two-way alignment with U.S., China, and Japan Executive Directors; capture market needs and guide local execution.
- Lead enterprise execution with 50% focus on U.S. (align payor strategies, precision-medicine initiatives, congress deliverables).
- Partner with Product/Asset Development, Global Brand, and V&I Outcomes Research to define clinical-development and brand strategies; contribute to PDT/ADT sub-teams.
- Integrate global knowledge gaps to inform GMSA plans; guide Medical Affairs leaders on adoption of innovations.
- Engage scientific leaders and stakeholders (guideline committees, payers, government, medical societies); ensure scientific exchange uses a single global platform.
- Lead team engagement, regular management reviews, and investigator-initiated study support; manage budget (within 3% variance) and execute talent management.
- Up to 30% travel.

Education:
- M.D., Ph.D., DDS/DMD, or Pharm.D. (M.D. strongly preferred).

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- TA specialization with training/experience in pulmonology, pulmonary critical care, or infectious disease.
- 3+ years in pharma medical affairs or clinical development.
- Demonstrated global team leadership; prioritization/decision-making; collaboration in matrix.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and written/oral communication; results-oriented project management.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- 5+ years global or U.S. medical affairs/clinical development; 5+ years leadership in pharma (scientific exchange/research support preferred in relevant TA).
- Experience influencing lifecycle management/data generation; resourcing/budgeting knowledge.
