Executive Director, Market Access and Value

Role: Executive Director of Value and Access overseeing market access, pricing, contracting, patient support, and payer marketing strategies for Replimune’s oncology therapies. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute US and ex-US pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies, optimize product value propositions, and support product launches through market research, engagement, and education initiatives. Finalize launch metrics, establish patient services capabilities, and collaborate with Medical and HEOR teams on payer evidence needs. Manage operational budgets, ensure compliance, and develop reimbursement coding strategies. Qualifications: 10+ years in pharma/biotech with proven leadership, deep knowledge of US healthcare systems, reimbursement challenges, and global market access. Education: college degree, MBA preferred. Skills: strategic leadership, financial analytics, payer engagement, coding expertise, and team development.
