Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR Business Partner leadership to Product Development (PD) and Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MS&T) senior leaders.
- Translate business strategy and organizational needs into People solutions (organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, culture transformation).
- Use business/people strategy, market insights, and analytics to design and execute talent and workforce plans supporting GPDS transformation.
- Advise senior leadership on organizational development, talent management, team effectiveness, and change management.
- Ensure connectivity across the scientific/technical talent ecosystem between PD/MS&T and the broader scientific community.
- Lead data-driven change initiatives to improve organizational performance.
- Use analytics and external best practices for workforce planning, employee engagement, and succession management.
- Deliver tailored HR solutions across the HR Operating Model (HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, People Services).
- Represent the People Organization externally and communicate the People Strategy internally/externally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years progressive HR experience in multinational, complex matrix environments.
- Extensive HR business partner experience; strong consulting and leadership.
- Proven success influencing senior leadership; change management experience with communication/engagement plans.
- Strong use of data/analytics; workforce planning, engagement, and succession management knowledge.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix environment; strong communication/interpersonal skills.
