Executive Director, Global Talent Acquisition | San Diego HQ

Role: Lead the development and execution of Neurocrine Biosciences' global Talent Acquisition strategy to support strategic growth and organizational transformation. Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to anticipate workforce needs, create multi-year hiring plans, and develop scalable, tech-enabled recruiting operations incorporating AI and workforce analytics. Build high-performing, inclusive talent acquisition teams, enhance employer branding, improve hiring quality, and establish talent pipelines aligned with business goals. Provide market insights and oversee compliance and candidate experience. Requirements: BS/BA with 16+ years or Master’s with 14+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR leadership, including global enterprise experience. Expertise in AI-driven recruiting tech, workforce analytics, organizational scaling, and transformation. Proven ability to influence C-suite, lead cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor. Preferred: Experience with acquisitions, international expansion, and presenting to executive and board levels.
