Specific Responsibilities Include
- Portfolio Strategy: Oversee enterprise strategy for Cardiometabolic, Obesity, MASH, and Inflammation portfolios; optimize legacy inline Diabetes brands.
- Alliance Management: Lead commercial stewardship/joint governance of Bayer alliance.
- R&D Partnership: Partner with R&D to optimize PDT global brand strategies, development plans, and late-stage/Phase 3 launch readiness.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead Global Commercial team; integrate marketing, policy, GMAx, Clinical, and V&I to deliver integrated brand strategy (value evidence, rapid/broad access, launch readiness, patient-centric model).
- Business Development: Support development efforts with R&D and Corporate BD; identify CV/Metabolic and Inflammation growth opportunities.
- Early Asset Commercialization: Incorporate commercial insights for metabolic and inflammation assets.
- AI, Digital & Analytics Innovation: Drive AI/digital innovation, analytics optimization, and execution at local country level.
- Access & Policy: Identify policy levers supporting portfolio access.
- Supply Chain Alignment: Inform short- and long-term supply chain decisions.
- Value Evidence: Align real-world evidence plan with priorities.
- Team & Culture Building: Build inclusivity and challenge the status quo.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA preferred.

Required Experience/Skills
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech marketing, sales, market access, or related (including Obesity, Metabolism, Cardiovascular, and payer experience).
- Launch and pipeline strategy experience preferred.

Preferred Experience/Skills
- Proven launch/business results; innovative, collaborative, and executive-level communication.
- Understanding of early/late drug development; strategic, data-driven, patient/customer-centric thinking; ability to challenge obstacles.
