Summary
- Own Bristol Myers Squibb’s commercialization CRM enablement capabilities; define and execute the product roadmap enabling coordinated, compliant, personalized engagement across Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Neurology.

Responsibilities
- Define product vision/roadmap for CRM, marketing automation, and omnichannel orchestration (e.g., CRM, Marketing Cloud, CDP).
- Align platform strategy with Commercialization priorities and Therapeutic Area launch plans.
- Lead platform configuration, build, and optimization (templates, components, reusable assets).
- Manage data, segmentation, and personalization (data structures/attributes, tagging/taxonomy/segmentation logic, consent/preferences, identifiers).
- Integrate CRM/MA with orchestration and analytics; enable next-best-engagement logic and closed-loop measurement.
- Drive adoption, training, and change management (plans, materials, user forums/feedback loops).
- Ensure compliance/privacy/quality, maintain SOPs/documentation/access controls/audit trails, oversee issue management.
- Lead and develop the team; manage vendors/partners and budget within scope.
- Define/track KPIs and quantify business impact; optimize and refine the roadmap.

Qualifications
- 15+ years in pharma/biotech/life sciences with commercial ops, field ops, omnichannel orchestration business analysis, or digital transformation.
- 10+ years managing cross-functional programs and teams.
- Bachelor’s required; MBA/MS preferred.
- Proven leadership building CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and integrating with marketing automation.
- Strong business analysis, communications, and experience guiding offshore teams.
- Direct field experience strongly preferred (e.g., District Business Manager).

Compensation & benefits (explicit)
- $269,790–$326,922; incentive cash/stock may be available; health/wellbeing/financial benefits; paid time off.
