Executive Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics - Ophthalmology

When & Where
- Work Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY or Warren, NJ
- 4 days per week on site

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Ophthalmology CSI&A team to provide business analytics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to solve key business problems
- Set strategic I&A direction aligned to CBU priorities to drive launch excellence
- Serve on Ophthalmology CBU and CSI&A leadership teams; drive cross-commercial innovation
- Translate complex analyses into insights/recommendations for senior leadership (CBU, Chief Commercial Officer, CEO, Board)
- Develop talent (functional and leadership) and implement novel methodologies/frameworks
- Collaborate with senior leadership on brand strategies and an analytics/insights roadmap
- Maintain stakeholder partnership; lead identification and crystalization of insights for CBU strategic plans
- Lead integrated business reviews and I&A summary overviews; proactively communicate recommendations and future needs
- Manage third-party vendor relationships

Qualifications / Required Skills
- 20+ years pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience (increasing accountability); buy-and-bill brand experience in highly competitive markets required
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, public health, statistics, engineering, or related (MBA/MPH/MS preferred)
- Expertise in business analytics, customer insights, analog forecasting, market access, competitive intelligence
- Experience leading I&A groups (analytics, customer insights, market access analytics, competitive intelligence)
- Knowledge of legal/regulatory environment for commercialization
- Strong data visualization/storytelling; influence/communication/negotiation across functions
- Ability to manage many projects against stringent deadlines

Preferred
- Ophthalmology disease category experience strongly desired

Salary Range (annually)
- $255,000.00 - $424,900.00
