Executive Director, Chief of Staff, Global Clinical Trial Operations

Role: Senior strategic partner and transformation leader for Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO), focused on accelerating trial delivery excellence through organizational transformation and modernization. Responsibilities: translate enterprise priorities into execution plans; serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP; lead initiatives to improve trial quality, speed, cost, and global consistency; modernize operations via AI, automation, and digital tools; establish governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across GCTO, R&D, and other functions; develop communication strategies to promote change and collaboration. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of clinical trial experience, or advanced degrees with 8+ years; proven success influencing senior leadership in complex, regulated environments; expertise in clinical trial operations, digital transformation, AI, and process optimization; strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
