Executive Clinical Program Leader - Translational Clinical Oncology

Role: Serve as an Executive Clinical Program Leader for Translational Clinical Oncology, providing strategic medical and scientific leadership across early oncology development programs from target identification through transition to later stages. Responsibilities: guide clinical strategy, contribute to study design and regulatory documents, evaluate external innovation for business development, oversee external collaborations, mentor colleagues, and ensure compliance with GCP standards. Requirements: MD (PhD preferred), board-certified in Hematology-Oncology, 7+ years leading complex early-phase hematology-oncology clinical programs within pharma or biotech, with strong translational research experience and proven leadership.
