Responsibilities
- Lead the Global Procurement COE strategy aligned with enterprise procurement operating model transformation goals.
- Establish and maintain procurement policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure Best in Class practices throughout the Source to Settle process.
- Provide oversight and business-perspective leadership for end-to-end procurement technology landscape; partner with Procurement Lead, IT, Legal, and Finance to implement and sustain source to pay, contracting, supplier management, analytics platforms, and automation tools.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation through automation, AI-enabled sourcing, and advanced digital capabilities.
- Oversee centralized procurement analytics capability delivering insights on spend, savings, risk, supplier performance, and ESG metrics.
- Define enterprise procurement data models, KPIs, and reporting standards aligned to Finance and business outcomes.
- Enable self-service analytics and advanced insights for category teams and leadership.
- Partner on and execute procurement-led ESG strategies (supplier sustainability, inclusion, regulatory compliance).
- Embed ESG requirements into sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and performance measurement; enable transparency, data capture, and assurance for ESG-related procurement commitments.
- Oversee a global procurement capability framework across functional, digital, and leadership skills; own onboarding, role-based curricula, and continuous learning.
- Partner with HR and Procurement Leadership to embed capability development into talent planning and performance management.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across procurement.

Qualifications / Requirements
- 16+ years professional work experience plus a BS/BA, or 14+ years plus a MA/MS or MBA in a corporate environment (preferably DEI, procurement and supplier management, or corporate strategy).
- 10+ years leading and managing procurement leaders and teams (mentoring, coaching, performance management).
- Experience supporting Global Procurement transformation projects executing defined scope, budget, and transformation results.
- Strong track record applying procurement principles, concepts, best practices, and standards with in-depth industry knowledge.
- Experience leading multiple projects and teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong leadership and business partnering; influence without authority mindset.
- Extensive knowledge/experience with procurement/spend systems data and analysis.
