Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in talent management, leadership development, or organizational effectiveness; proven experience in enterprise-wide talent review and succession initiatives; strong influencing and stakeholder management skills; expertise in leadership assessment and development, talent analytics, and change management. Preferred: Advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or Business; experience advising executive leadership; interest or experience in AI applications in talent processes.
