General Summary:
As the Enterprise Talent Management Director, lead enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, leadership pipeline development, executive onboarding, and senior leader development to build the leadership pipeline, succession strength, and talent capabilities needed for long-term business ambitions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evolve the integrated enterprise talent management strategy (talent review/potential identification, succession planning, leadership pipeline, executive onboarding).
- Continuously improve enterprise succession planning for critical roles; partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to assess risk and ensure readiness.
- Own talent potential philosophy, assessment methodology, and annual talent review process to build differentiated high-potential pipelines.
- Design VP/senior leadership pipeline development strategies for future Senior Leader opportunities.
- Design and execute Senior Leader development strategies (learning experiences, coaching, peer networking, assessments, interventions).
- Develop and enhance onboarding/assimilation for Vice Presidents and other senior leaders.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and HR Business Partners on talent strategy and organizational capability needs.
- Drive data-informed talent decisions using talent analytics, workforce insights, succession data, outcomes, and external benchmarks.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across HR and People Analytics, L&D, Employee Experience, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition.
- Monitor trends and introduce innovative approaches; develop global succession management practices; integrate workforce strategy needs into talent reviews.

Knowledge/Skills:
- Expertise in enterprise talent management, succession planning, leadership assessment, and development.
- Talent review/potential assessment framework knowledge; strong consulting, facilitation, coaching, and influence.
- Strong analytical skills; excellent communication; strong project/change management; ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or succession planning.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise talent reviews/succession initiatives and advising executive/senior leadership.
- Experience using talent analytics; experience or interest in using AI to improve processes.
