Employee Relations Senior Manager

Role: Senior Manager of Employee Relations, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership, HR, Legal, and Compliance to foster a fair, respectful, and compliant workplace. Responsibilities: lead complex investigations involving harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and wellness issues; partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve sensitive employee matters; interpret and ensure application of employment policies and legal compliance; analyze case data to identify systemic risks and develop organizational insights; promote a positive workplace culture through proactive interventions and process improvements. Requirements: bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; 8-12+ years in HR or Employee Relations, with minimum 3-5 years focused on investigations; strong knowledge of employment law, workplace compliance, and HR policies; experience conducting complex investigations independently; excellent judgment, discretion, and investigative/reporting skills. Preferred: experience in highly regulated industries (biotech, pharma, healthcare), supporting global organizations, implementing case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow), HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
