Role: Employee Relations Partner responsible for investigating and resolving employee concerns, supporting workplace culture, and advising management on HR issues. Responsibilities: conduct detailed investigations into issues such as harassment, discrimination, and retaliation; manage cases using ServiceNow; provide clear reports; support performance management initiatives; partner with leaders on employee relations programs and termination reviews. Requirements: High School Diploma and 2+ years in Employee Relations or HR Business Partner role; strong investigative and communication skills; knowledge of employment laws; problem-solving abilities. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business; HR certifications like SPHR or PHR. HighValue: experience with complex investigations, workplace conflict resolution, and policy management; ability to handle sensitive issues with minimal guidance; experience in a corporate HR environment.
