Role: Regional Business Director (Hematology) for Genmabโ€™s US Oncology sales organization.

Territory: Mid-Atlantic (MI, OH, KY, MD, VA, Washington DC, Pittsburgh).

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, develop, and lead the Hematology sales team of Oncology Account Managers to meet/exceed sales goals while maintaining compliance with field sales activity.
- Develop business plan for assigned geography and implement regional/national sales strategies and programs.
- Implement customer-specific approaches focused on high-impact opportunities.
- Coach team on digital and in-selling techniques and foster value-based selling across all mediums.
- Build a culture that prioritizes actions driving brand value and making a difference for patients.
- Establish relationships with key customers and opinion leaders; collaborate with alliance partners to optimize customer experience, resources, and results.
- Evaluate business environment and practice models to develop/maintain internal (matrix) and external partnering relationships.
- Lead sales team activities: recruiting, hiring, training, development, performance evaluation, and compliance.
- Execute recruiting/hiring plan focused on candidate attributes for modern sales performance.
- Drive training and development for employees to operate effectively in a hybrid (in-person/virtual) model.
- Understand/navigate product/process across key accounts and large institutions.
- Set expectations for utilization of approved promotional programs; communicate competitive market intelligence to brand teams/management.
- Analyze region/division performance and build short- and long-term business plans to drive sales growth.
- Participate in meetings; communicate regularly to optimize resources and exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure adherence to financials/budgets and compliance with corporate policies and applicable regulatory/legal standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (Advanced degree a plus).
- 8+ years pharma/biotech sales experience; 3+ years leadership experience in Oncology.
- Preference for Gyn Onc experience.
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
- Strong coaching skills; success launching Oncology products with strong results.
- Record of strategic thinking and disciplined execution.
- Ability to navigate commercialization and corporate governance processes.
- Collaboration/team player; excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Veeva Engage (and similar).
- Professional ethics and sound judgment/strategic decision-making.
- Travel by car and plane required.

Compensation (US candidates):
- Proposed salary band: $211,680.00โ€“$317,520.00; may include discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
