Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS oncology indications within a defined territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Create demand by communicating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build and maintain scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 (when implemented) to generate insights and dynamically inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair/balanced scientific dialogue: ensure medical accuracy; present label-consistent information in office settings.
- Organize external speaker programs (Speaker Bureau–approved speakers; scheduling/logistics).
- Maintain working expertise on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions.
- Collaborate with other field teams; gather/share internal insights with stakeholders.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse roles.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Proven credibility with key customers and a customer-centric mindset for differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Demonstrated account management and selling/promotion skills; track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, can-do attitude.

Preferred
- Oncology experience.

Field/Work Setup
- Field-based; anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers.

Compensation/Benefits (explicit)
- Field (United States): $133,600–$161,916; additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
