Location: East Hanover, NJ or Cambridge, MA (not remote). Travel: ~20% (domestic and/or international).

The Executive Director, Product Strategy Lead (PSL) leads creation, implementation, orchestration and measurement of integrated product strategies for an indication within a therapeutic area in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define integrated priorities and key impact measures for assigned product/indication with the cross-functional product strategy team under the General Manager.
- Integrate, lead, measure, and take decisive action against KPI performance to raise product impact.
- Contribute to P&L management for the assigned product/indication and enable partner functionsโ€™ day-to-day resource management.
- Drive topline results through strategic choices; contribute to cross-functional resource allocation for highest impact.
- Establish and coordinate KPI management across accountable functions.
- Partner with functional heads on trade-off decisions.
- Partner with other General Managers and the Product Strategy team on enterprise decisions and trade-offs between products/indications.

Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree (preferred MBA).
- Experience (required):
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare/healthcare consulting with at least 2 different cross-functional experience types.
- 3+ years owning large budget management and key product trade-off decisions.
- 3+ years leading and translating an integrated product strategy requiring global/local alignment.
- US market/launch/product lifecycle experience, or General Manager experience in other countries.

Preferred:
- Therapeutic area experience; US experience strongly preferred.
- Global/other regional experience (projects or full-time/temporary roles of 6+ months).

Compensation & Benefits (as stated): Expected salary range $236,600โ€“$439,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity; comprehensive benefits package and time off.
