Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of brands (marketed and launch) from an I&A perspective.
- Provide I&A leadership for above-brand strategic initiatives, initially focused on rare disease capabilities.
- Shape brand/portfolio strategy by leveraging insights to identify opportunities, address challenges, and optimize performance.
- Lead an I&A POD at product level across I&A pillars; synthesize data to drive brand performance.
- Drive key deliverables (Integrated Product Strategy, Launch/ Post Launch Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews).
- Generate and pressure-test hypotheses and actionable integrated insights for IPST/TAAF/GM discussions.
- Collaborate on portfolio strategies and metrics; dynamically prioritize and realign I&A resources across the portfolio.
- Lead and coach direct report product illuminators; remove roadblocks and build a high-performing team.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred) & Skills:
- Bachelor’s in a related field (required); MS and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare experience with product lifecycle management, market dynamics, launches, and portfolio management.
- 5+ years rare disease experience building I&A and cross-functional rare disease capabilities.
- Strong therapeutic area strategy, lifecycle management, and early-stage asset planning (established + launch).
- 5+ years in related analytics/consulting domains (e.g., secondary analytics, data science, primary research, market access/patient service analytics).
- Ability to synthesize complex, diverse data (e.g., claims, EMRs, labs, unstructured data) into actionable insights.
- Excellent cross-functional communication; ability to influence without authority; strong leadership and coaching; thrive in ambiguity.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary expected: $236,600–$439,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity.
