Operations
Early Asset Forecasting & Strategic Analytics
- Lead early-stage commercial forecasting for pre-clinical and early clinical programs across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Build structured, assumption-based demand models using evolving scientific, clinical, and competitive information.
- Partner with GCS, R&D, and Finance to frame uncertainty, pressure-test assumptions, and align forecasts to corporate strategy.
- Communicate early-stage insights to asset teams, senior leadership, and governance forums.

Research Integration
- Collaborate with Marketing Science and primary/secondary market research vendors to interpret, stress-test, and incorporate findings into forecasts.
- Interpret quantitative/qualitative research as the forecasting point of contact (no independent PMR study design/execution required).

Portfolio & Process Ownership
- Provide portfolio-level insight leadership during the LRP cycle; align assumptions across programs.
- Own development/implementation/continuous improvement of forecasting standards, tools, and processes for the global team; train cross-functional teams.

Knowledge & Skills
- Build structured, assumption-driven models with limited/evolving data.
- Connect early scientific/clinical signals to commercial opportunity.
- Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights; strong written/verbal communication and influence without authority.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous early-development settings.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, quantitative, or business-related field (required).
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in biopharma forecasting/commercial assessment/portfolio strategy/marketing science/related analytics.
- Experience with early-stage forecasting and collaboration across R&D/clinical/commercial teams; portfolio planning/scenario modeling/business case exposure preferred.

Compensation
- Pay range: $161,900–$242,900; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
