Summary:
The Early Intervention Account Manager (EIAM) positions and sells Zilretta solutions to Orthopedic, Sports Medicine, and Primary Care offices. Develops a territory business plan with the Regional Business Director to exceed defined sales revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
- Identify target markets and ensure corporate revenue objectives are exceeded in assigned geography.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals (surgeons, sports medicine, primary care, PAs/NPs, providers, pharmacy) to drive Zilretta adoption for knee pain.
- Educate on reimbursement strategies in accordance with compliance.
- Recruit customers to incorporate Surgeon Selector into their practice.
- Use CRM for account planning, forecasting, and data analysis; maintain and document account info.
- Develop and execute sales, retention, and value-proposition strategies, engaging C-suite users.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to close business, minimize obstacles, and manage territory with regular office visits.
- Manage expense budgets.
- Interpret and present latest clinical data to healthcare professionals.
- Partner with EXPAREL Account Managers for synergistic opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (required).
- 3+ years of direct selling to healthcare professional offices (required).

Required/Preferred Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written/oral English and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to complete hospital credentialing timely.
- Strong account-based sales experience supporting orthopedic practices (preferred).
- Reimbursement/specialty pharmacy/buy-and-bill knowledge (preferred).
- Orthopedic/related experience (e.g., hyaluronic acid products) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical skills; ability to identify decision-makers.
- Proficiency with MS Office and web-based/mobile tools.
- Strong working relationships with surgeons/anesthesiologists/hospital pharmacy (preferred).
- Travel extensively (up to ~90%), valid driverโ€™s license, reliable transportation; must live in designated territory.
