Summary:
The Early Intervention Account Manager (EIAM) is responsible for positioning and selling Zilretta solutions to Orthopedic, Sports Medicine, and Primary Care offices. Collaborates with the Regional Business Director to develop a business plan to exceed defined territory sales revenues.

Responsibilities:
- Identify target markets using organizational strategy and existing tools, reporting, and dashboards.
- Ensure corporate revenue objectives are exceeded within a specified geography.
- Collaborate with surgeons, sports medicine physicians, primary care, PAs, NPs, healthcare providers, and pharmacy to drive Zilretta adoption for knee pain.
- Educate reimbursement strategies in accordance with Pacira compliance guidelines.
- Recruit customers to incorporate Surgeon Selector into their practice.
- Use CRM for account planning, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Develop and maintain expertise of Zilretta.
- Execute sales activities effectively through strong time management to achieve objectives and long-term value proposition.
- Participate with the Regional Business Director in strategic and tactical planning.
- Update/document sales account information in CRM.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the conversion process within accounts.
- Develop and execute sales and retention strategies.
- Develop and execute value proposition strategies for C-suite (office customers) and ensure long-term access to Zilretta.
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to close business and minimize obstacles.
- Manage territory and conduct office visits, including education on services and new advances.
- Manage expense budgets.
- Interpret and present latest clinical data to healthcare professionals.
- Partner with EXPAREL Account Managers for synergistic opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited college or university (required).
- Minimum 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professional offices in pharmaceutical/biotech/device/healthcare (required).

Skills/Knowledge (Required/Preferred):
- Excellent written and oral English communication; strong presentation skills.
- Ability to complete hospital credentialing requirements to gain access.
- Proven account-based sales experience supporting orthopedic practices (strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, and buy-and-bill (strongly preferred).
- Prior orthopedic/related medical practice experience (strongly preferred), e.g., hyaluronic acid (HA) products.
- Knowledge of industry business drivers, trends, and performance metrics to inform strategy.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and customer-focused relationship skills.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and navigate practice dynamics.
- Demonstrated process/network for engaging clinical customers (highly desirable).
- Sales discipline: goal setting, prospecting, networking, territory and time management; account management; handling objections.
- Proficiency with MS Office, mobile technology, and web-based applications.
- Demonstrated working relationships with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and hospital pharmacy (preferred).
- Able to travel extensively; valid driverโ€™s license; reliable transportation; must live in designated territory.
