Role: Dyne Care Partner (field-based) supporting neuromuscular disease therapies, primarily in patient access, education, and care coordination. Responsibilities: serve as a primary contact for patients and caregivers, providing disease and therapy education, addressing access barriers, supporting reimbursement processes, and maintaining provider/infusion center relationships. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless treatment initiation and continuity, while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's in nursing, social work, or related healthcare field preferred; 8+ years in healthcare, with 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, or care coordination; experience supporting specialty or infused therapies highly desirable. Skills: strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and problem-solving; proficiency in payer processes; ability to operate independently in a field environment. High-Value: support for rare neuromuscular diseases (DMD, DM1, FSHD, Pompe), focus on therapy access, infusion support, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Location: within assigned geographic territory, with extensive travel (up to 80%). The role emphasizes patient-first support during critical treatment milestones, including therapy initiation and reauthorization.
