Job Summary
- The Division Vice President, Sales & Marketing leads the Sales Force and the Product Strategy Team for the Lymphoma & Solid Tumor portfolio.
- Drives growth of marketed products and prepares for additional indications.
- Ensures the organization is properly sized and prepared for future US product launches.
- Leads in-line US product marketing strategy and implementation (advertising, promotion, and advocacy for HCPs and patients).
- Partners cross-functionally (Sales, Access & Reimbursement, Commercial Analysis, Development, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, and others) to ensure brand performance and strategic objectives.

Essential Functions
- Develop and apply policies governing promotional activities; ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Build relationships with thought leaders.
- Support current marketed product and lifecycle activities, including launch preparation.
- Manage sales & marketing budgets and expenses with Finance.
- Use commercial insights to analyze and drive brand performance.
- Engage thought leaders and advocacy communities.
- Develop non-personal and CRM strategies to reach HCPs and patients.
- Lead strategy, message development, and marketing material development for HCP and patient promotion.
- Coordinate strategic/tactical plans and cross-functional alignment; develop new materials and programs.
- Track, monitor, and report sales performance to the Executive Team.
- Achieve/surpass national sales goals and targets; set and monitor operating budgets.
- Attract, hire, train, motivate, and retain a diverse team; ensure an inclusive environment.
- Design and structure field force and Product Strategy Teams aligned to strategic imperatives.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Sales and Product Strategy for revenue and brand objectives.

Qualifications
- Preferred: sales planning, marketing, and hematology/oncology experience (or equivalent related experience).
- Required: strong ability to understand market trends, financial data, customer needs, and assess competitive intelligence.
- Preferred: experience implementing technology-based solutions for customer engagement (digital tools/platforms) and strong in-line marketing experience in the US biopharmaceutical industry; excellent influencing and communication skills.
- Extensive sales leadership experience in pharma/biotech with progression to more senior roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or related graduate degree preferred but not required.
