What You Will Do:
- Lead area geography and a team of Specialty Account Managers (SAMs) to ensure market penetration in Endocrinology.
- Analyze market dynamics/data; develop strategic action plans; execute to achieve sales goals.
- Provide a clear clinical and business sales purpose for team members.
- Ensure appropriate use of resources (territory tools/data, cross-functional partners, marketing tools, etc.).
- Build business strategy and lead market development initiatives aligned to corporate/therapeutic goals.
- Manage administrative duties, learning plans, operational expenses, and program funding.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in promotion, program implementation, and product compliance.
- Train/prepare the team to maximize sales potential; ensure consistent, high-impact product messaging.
- Achieve sales volume, target reach/frequency, and related KPIs.
- Establish trust/respect and partner across the business unit; collaborate across divisions.
- Address performance issues; develop growth plans; foster customer relationships.
- Deliver insights/messages to gain support; continually educate on market trends/product knowledge.
- Apply innovative technologies; conduct weekly ride-alongs with feedback/coaching.
- Represent at trade shows; provide input for sales meetings; support safe working practices; adhere to policies; other duties as assigned.

What We Expect Of You:
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 2 years Sales/Marketing OR Masterโ€™s + 6 years OR Bachelorโ€™s + 8 years.
- 2 years managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams/projects/programs or directing allocation of resources.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales experience in biologics/infusion and/or rare/specialty products.
- Rare disease experience (launch preferred); immunology and/or rheumatology experience.
- Buy-and-bill; experience with institutions/integrated delivery networks.
- ~80% travel; Microsoft Office proficiency; professional/proactive demeanor; strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
