District Manager, Women’s Health – North East

Key Responsibilities:
- Cover the Northeast district (New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island).
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction; implement the district sales strategy/business plan through the team.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with key executives and decision makers; respond to customer needs timely; conduct account reviews for key customers; monitor product usage/purchasing patterns; update contract information as required.
- Provide regular, candid, timely feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze and evaluate team performance, sales figures, and territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach/counsel direct reports to maximize performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Ensure Company compliance with applicable policies/procedures (including sales representatives); demonstrate high ethical and professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; facilitate best practices sharing across the district; act as liaison with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact for successful implementation.
- Create a high-performing team environment focused on professional development, accountability, and driving immediate results with a strategic long-term view.
- Exercise fiscal control of allocated operating budgets; cascade and follow direction from the Regional Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience (medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience preferred).
- Travel 60–70% (including overnight).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; authorization/ability to drive a Company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000–$222,000.
