Key responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction and the district sales strategy.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with key executives and decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and update contract information as required.
- Provide timely feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and create plans to address gaps; work with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to terminations.
- Analyze team performance and sales/territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness measures (e.g., reach/frequency, adherence to strategy, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach and counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures; maintain high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share best practices across the district; act as liaison with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impacts.
- Create a high-performing environment focused on professional development and accountability; foster solution-oriented execution.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade Regional Director direction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience (combination of education/experience considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Preferred: prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.
- Ability to travel 60–70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; authorization to drive a Company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- English proficiency (speak, comprehend, read, write).
