Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet or exceed annual sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction and district sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships; respond timely and professionally; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and update contract information as required.
- Provide timely feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team performance, sales figures, and territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach and counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and procedures; uphold high ethical and professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share best practices across the district; serve as liaison with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing team environment focused on professional development, accountability, and immediate results alongside long-term strategy.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade Regional Director direction within the sales teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience (or combination of experience/education).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehension, reading, and writing).
- Ability to travel 60–70% (including overnight).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; authorization/ability to drive a company leased or authorized rental vehicle.

Preferred:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience, medical devices, or other healthcare products sales experience.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000–$222,000 (varies by skills/experience/location).
