Key responsibilities for this role include:
- The Ohio Valley district includes key markets in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute district sales strategy/business plan through the team.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage; update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and address gaps; work with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team performance and sales/territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, adherence to strategy, tactical implementation, use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach and counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies/procedures; demonstrate high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share best practices; liaise with home office and district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change.
- Create a high-performing, accountable team environment; foster long-term strategy and immediate results.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade Regional Director direction to sales teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience (preferred).
- Ability to travel 60–70% (including overnight).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Authorization/ability to drive a Company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehension, reading, writing required.

Salary range: $148,000–$222,000.
