Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute district sales strategy.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide timely feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges early; create plans to address performance gaps; work with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to termination.
- Analyze team and sales/territory performance; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical execution, proper use of funds, systems, and tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach direct reports to motivate performance and accountability; counsel/coach to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and promote ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share best practices; liaison between home office and district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing team environment; eliminate barriers; drive immediate results with long-term strategy.
- Manage fiscal control of allocated operating budgets; cascade direction from Regional Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Ability to travel 60–70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; authorization to drive company leased vehicle or authorized rental.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.

Salary Range:
- $148,000–$222,000 (varies by skills, experience, and location).
