Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships; respond professionally and timely; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage; update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and create plans to address gaps; work with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to terminations.
- Analyze team performance and territory/sales data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach and counsel direct reports to maximize performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; uphold high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share best practices; liaise with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing, accountable team environment; foster solution-oriented vision and drive immediate results.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade and follow direction from Regional Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (combination of education/experience considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.

Requirements/Skills:
- Travel 60–70% (including overnight).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Authorization and ability to drive a company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).
