Great Lakes district includes key markets in Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction within the geography.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key executives, decision influencers, and decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team performance and sales/territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain talent; coach and counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures; demonstrate high ethical and professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; compile and share “Best Practices”; serve as liaison with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing team environment; foster solution-oriented vision; balance long-term strategy with immediate results.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience (medical devices/other healthcare products preferred).
- Travel 60–70% (overnight travel included); must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).
