Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet annual sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction and the district sales strategy.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with key executives and decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage; update contract information as required.
- Provide timely feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to termination.
- Analyze team/sales performance and territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, use of funds/tools).
- Recruit and retain talent; coach/counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; uphold high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share “Best Practices” across the district; liaison with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing team environment with accountability and professional development; balance long-term strategy with immediate results.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade direction from Regional Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience (combination of education/experience considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Ability to travel 60–70% (including overnight).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; ability to drive a company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare product sales experience.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000–$222,000.
