Key responsibilities for this role include:
- The Dallas district includes key markets in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet or exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; implement district sales strategy through the team.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage; update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges early and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team and sales performance using territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain talent; coach direct reports; counsel and coach to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Company policies and procedures; uphold high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; compile/exchange best practices; liaison with home office and district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impacts.
- Create a high-performing team environment; eliminate barriers; foster solution-oriented vision; balance strategic and immediate results.
- Exercise fiscal control on operating budgets.
- Take direction from Regional Director regarding marketing/standards and ensure cascade to sales teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience (combination of education/experience considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Prior District Manager experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales, medical devices, or other healthcare products sales (preferred).
- Ability to travel 60–70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Authorization and ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000 - $222,000 (exact compensation varies by skills, experience, and location).
