Role Summary

District Manager, Immunology Dermatology (North Florida) at Janssen Biotech, Inc. Leads a regional team to achieve sales objectives for Dermatology products within the immunology portfolio and drives regional strategy within the district.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor, develop and lead a team towards attaining sales objectives for Dermatology products within the Janssen Biotech, Inc. portfolio
  • Shape the business strategically while operating within an assigned budget
  • Drive district vision, create team culture, manage performance, develop and motivate people and teams, demonstrate product attributes, build customer relationships, and achieve sales quotas
  • Collaborate with partners and work in the field with minimal supervision

Qualifications

  • Required: A minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Required: A valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States
  • Required: Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Required: Reside within the geography or within close proximity (less than 30 miles) or be willing to relocate
  • Required: Minimum of five (5) years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic / biotech, or medical device sales experience selling FDA approved products to licensed healthcare professionals
  • Preferred: Lives within District geography
  • Preferred: Participation and/or completion of a J&J Management Development Program or prior management experience
  • Preferred: Management and/or supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Knowledge/experience in Dermatology and/or Immunology fields
