Responsibilities
- Coordinate in-field activity within in-field teams to reach sales targets in an assigned geography.
- Create, implement, and communicate a District Sales Plan; monitor progress.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day and long-term business execution; set tone and pace for business process and organization.
- Lead teams with a market/franchise/business point of view by mastering product and disease state information and relevant market dynamics (including Managed Care).
- Coach, mentor, educate, and develop direct and indirect team members; hold direct reports accountable to behaviors and expectations.
- Provide direction and insights to key internal partners in business planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in health sciences/pharmacy/business-related field preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience required.
- Business analysis and planning skills driving sales performance.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making; ability to articulate scientific aspects of treatments/therapeutic areas.
- Proven ability to deliver candid feedback, manage performance, and develop talent for promotional opportunities.
- Ability to create a winning culture and full team engagement.
- Ability to influence without authority across organizations.
- Satisfy all applicable HCIR credentialing requirements for entry into facilities in assigned territory (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization proof, fingerprinting, and required licenses).
- Valid driverโs license; pass pre-employment drug screening; safe driving.
- Ability to travel to cover territory and attend scheduled training and sales meetings.
- Drive personal auto/company car or truck, or powered equipment.
