Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the reimbursement field team in the Southeast for Regeneron.
- Lead, coach, and manage a Field Reimbursement Manager team responsible for calling on office personnel.
- Ensure optimal access and effective pull-through.
- Educate on reimbursement services and program support in collaboration with the HUB services organization for the Regeneron product portfolio.
- Execute reimbursement initiatives across various therapeutic markets.
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure optimal coverage within the defined customer base.
- Partner with Sales and Access leadership teams (REGN) and Sanofi counterparts to lead regional and local payer/provider access strategy.
- Develop and implement local tactical plans for access initiatives based on customer market needs.
- Lead and coach to measurable performance parameters; monitor performance against agreed metrics.
- Proactively collaborate and communicate with Sanofi partners to achieve brand goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing a field reimbursement or sales team.
- 5+ years of sales experience prior to managing.
- Worked with biologics and/or specialty pharmaceutical products.
- Ability to cover a large territory and travel as expected.
Skills/Requirements:
- Proven leadership record in hiring, coaching, developing, promoting, and retaining top talent; ability to effectively manage team performance.
- Strong understanding of the payer environment and reimbursement challenges (national, regional, and local), including government programs, managed healthcare, and evolving healthcare systems.
- Ability to partner and collaborate with other internal field teams and alliance partners.
- Ability to navigate a global environment with minimal support.
