The District Business Manager (DBM), Dermatology will report to the Regional Director, Dermatology, and is responsible for hiring, leading, developing, and retaining Dermatology Sales Representatives in the assigned district, ensuring strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and measure strategic business plans to meet sales objectives in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Meet or exceed sales goals for designated products/portfolio via direct management of sales representatives; provide regular performance updates to sales directors.
- Participate in face-to-face customer sales calls (four days per week on average).
- Plan and execute district sales meetings; conduct routine performance evaluations; participate in company-sponsored events/meetings.
- Recruit, select, and train top-performing Sales Representatives; support coaching and ongoing performance metric review.
- Lead, coach, and provide career development plans.
- Analyze sales data/trends; formulate and implement strategies to create product demand and revenue.
- Monitor competitor activities/products; provide progress updates; respond to district information requests.
- Identify marketplace opportunities; share best practices and communicate across the organization.
- Develop team norms to support company culture and performance.
- Monitor/control district expenditures to meet budget requirements.
- Serve as liaison with field sales management and departments (HR, Marketing, Finance).
- Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key HCPs.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Masterโ€™s degree/advanced certifications a plus.
- 7+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with 3+ years sales leadership/management; Dermatology market experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in hiring/coaching/developing/retaining/promoting talent; ability to lead team performance.
- District sales management success in complex markets with integrity.
- Strong understanding of payer environment, reimbursement, government programs, managed care, and evolving healthcare systems.
- Proven ability to develop physician and key customer relationships.
- Ability to partner/collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to travel extensively; regular overnight travel may be required.

District: Ohio Valley market (Nashville, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh).
