District Manager (DM), Dermatology will report to the Regional Director, Dermatology, and be responsible for hiring, leading, developing, and retaining the Dermatology Medical Specialists in their assigned district.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations relating to product goals; drive accountability for district results.
- Work closely with Alliance partner counterparts to ensure full cooperation and transparency.
- Ensure appropriate development and retention of key personnel to facilitate growth in the commercial organization.
- Execute responsibilities in a compliant manner with integrity, strictly following Regeneron policies and procedures for promoting pharmaceutical and biologic products in the US.

Qualifications / Required Skills:
- Leadership record of hiring, coaching, developing, promoting, and retaining top talent; ability to manage team performance within span of control.
- Proven, high-integrity performance as a District Sales Manager in complex markets.
- Strong understanding of payer environment, reimbursement, and challenges across National/Regional/local payer markets (including government programs and managed health care).
- Proven ability to develop physician/customer clinical experts in a regional scope.
- Ability to partner and collaborate with internal field teams and alliance partners.

Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications a plus (focused science or clinical experience preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of sales leadership/management in office-based, sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologic markets required.
- Dermatology market experience preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively.

Compensation:
- Salary range (annually): $175,300.00 - $218,900.00
