Director UZEDY Marketing โ HCP Promotion (US)
Responsibilities:
- Drive HCP brand strategy development, tactical planning, and execution aligned to the Schizophrenia portfolio strategy.
- Lead and develop a team of HCP marketers and medical education professionals.
- Lead optimization/re-launch of a new indication.
- Own brand financial management: forecasting, budget management, agency spend, and measurement of results.
- Create core HCP messaging and creative with the agency of record and media agencies; ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Deliver hospital promotion and operations programs (including HIFT/samples).
- Lead HCP promotion, market research, messaging, and targeting strategy.
- Ensure targeted HCP media plans via monitoring and ROI analysis.
- Manage promotional efforts; collaborate cross-functionally (HCP/customer experience marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, Training, Market Access).
- Lead/participate in sales and marketing planning meetings; identify and resolve obstacles to brand growth.
- Manage budgets/timelines; partner with Customer Insight to refine market research plans and establish performance metrics/ROI analytics.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelorโs degree required; masterโs preferred.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical experience with launch leadership; strong psychiatry/mental health experience (preferably schizophrenia); people management in marketing; HCP marketing budget experience; translating customer insights into business strategies (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing skills; business acumen (analysis, problem-solving, success measures).
- Ability to manage external agencies/vendors.
