Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of U.S. policy analytics workstreams.
- Build, maintain, and enhance analytical models assessing the impact of federal pricing, reimbursement, and access reforms across the BMS portfolio.
- Analyze and interpret federal statutes, regulations, and policy guidance; translate into actionable internal insights.
- Produce robust analyses to support policy positions, evidence packages, and advocacy narratives.
- Partner with U.S. policy leads to inform external engagement with policymakers.
- Prepare executive-ready materials communicating findings, implications, and tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with GPGA, Global Pricing, Global Market Access, Legal, HEOR, Finance, and BIT for alignment.
- Monitor emerging federal policy trends; identify risks/opportunities and escalate as appropriate.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Use digital tools and AI-enabled analytics where appropriate.
Qualifications / Preferred Skills:
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MPH, MPP, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
- 7β10+ years in U.S. health policy, policy analytics, or reimbursement/pricing analysis.
- Strong understanding of U.S. federal healthcare policy (e.g., Medicare/Medicaid, IRA, 340B).
- Experience developing/applying financial, economic, or policy models.
- Ability to synthesize complex policy/analytic outputs for senior stakeholders.
- Strong written/verbal communication and executive presentation experience.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments; matrix/cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to engage with digital/AI-enabled analytics tools.
