Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of U.S. policy analytics workstreams aligned to Senior Director priorities.
- Build, maintain, and enhance models assessing the impact of U.S. federal pricing, reimbursement, and access reforms across the BMS portfolio.
- Analyze and interpret federal statutes, regulations, and policy guidance; translate into actionable internal insights.
- Produce analyses supporting policy research evidence, policy positions, evidence packages, and advocacy narratives.
- Partner with U.S. policy leads to inform external engagement strategies with policymakers and stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-ready materials communicating findings, implications, and tradeoffs to senior leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GPGA, Global Pricing, Global Market Access, Legal, HEOR, Finance, and BIT.
- Monitor emerging federal policy trends; identify risks/opportunities and escalate insights.
- Mentor junior team members; use digital/AI-enabled analytics to improve rigor and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree preferred (MPH, MPP, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
- 7β10+ years in U.S. health policy, policy analytics, government pricing, reimbursement analysis, or related work.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal healthcare policy; experience analyzing Medicare/Medicaid changes, IRA, and/or 340B.
- Experience building/applying financial/economic/policy models.
- Strong communication skills; ability to synthesize complex outputs for senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving policy environment; cross-functional/matrix collaboration; familiarity with digital/AI analytics tools.
