Responsibilities:
- Lead omnichannel/digital strategy and execution for US brand/indication launches across HCP and Patient audiences.
- Translate launch strategy and positioning into omnichannel launch plans (journey mapping, channel mix, content sequencing) using an AI next-best-action/decision engine.
- Build launch-ready, measurable, compliant connected experiences across touchpoints (email, web, media, social, SEO/GEO) from awareness through branded conversion.
- Serve as Omnichannel/Digital Experience Architect and single primary contact for end-to-end (E2E) planning, digital execution, and customer experience design.
- Design engagement flows with next-best-action recommendations; guide brand teams on experience design, channel appropriateness, and content sequencing.
- Own E2E accountability for campaign planning, execution, performance, tagging/tracking/reporting readiness, and continuous optimization with Decision Science.
- Partner cross-functionally (Media, Omnichannel Operations, Decision Science, IT, PRC, Privacy, Regulatory, Field, Patient Services) and ensure accurate, compliant, on-time implementation.

Qualifications / Required Skills:
- 10+ years omnichannel/digital healthcare client experience (Pharmaceutical/Biotech) focused on strategy, planning, and execution.
- Proven leadership of omnichannel launch and engagement strategies using decision engines; translate brand strategy into measurable HCP/Patient journeys.
- AI-enabled omnichannel next-best-action/personalization/orchestration fluency.
- Demonstrated E2E campaign accountability, MarTech operational acumen (business requirements for ops/IT), cross-functional collaboration, and journey mapping.

Education:
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
