Director, US Hematology Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial portfolio strategy and launch readiness for Hematology pipeline assets; partner across Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales, R&D, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute brand strategies (market assessment, customer segmentation, positioning/messaging, capability planning, and go-to-market execution) using customer insights and market trends.
- Partner with the Associate Vice President using analytics, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and market research to drive strategic decisions.
- Assess market opportunities, build business cases, and recommend investment priorities to maximize portfolio value and growth.
- Lead business initiatives by managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver measurable results.
- Build and enhance commercialization capabilities, processes, and frameworks to support multiple Hematology product launches.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorβs degree in relevant field (advanced degree such as MBA preferred).
- 8+ years in biopharmaceuticals/related field with expertise in marketing, competitor strategy, launch capability assessment, and portfolio strategy.
- Proven success in asset/portfolio go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives in complex healthcare environments using datasets for outside-in perspectives.
- Strong analytical skills (forecasting, competitive intelligence, market research, customer insights, data-driven decision-making).
- Ability to build relationships, set team vision, attract/develop talent, and collaborate.
- Demonstrated influence across multi-workstreams in a matrixed organization.
- Experience partnering across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Supply Chain, and R&D.
- Management consulting experience to drive cross-functional launch readiness.
Preferred:
- Hematology experience.
