Summary:
Field-based Field HEOR Scientist (Southeast: FL, AL, GA, TN, SC, NC, VA) within US Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to engage Access organizations and decision-makers and generate data supporting medication access decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical engagement with key access customers in a field-facing role and conduct health economics & outcomes research as part of a cross-functional Cell Therapy matrix team.
- Collaborate on development/implementation of US HEOR strategy, plans, and research.
- Link science/data to customer business needs and provide compliant solutions.
- Work with home office HEOR/medical teams to develop, interpret, and disseminate data on medical value; execute all phases of the research process.
- Inform research strategy using payer insights to answer health care marketplace questions per company policies.
- Lead HEOR for therapeutic areas.
- Focus field activities on regional managed care and integrated delivery network accounts to support patient access, medical policy, coverage, and reimbursement.
- Develop sustainable customer relationships; discuss scientific, health economic, epidemiology, and quality-of-life information.
- Partner with Cell Therapy Account Managers and Heme/Onc National Account Executives and matrix teams.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- PhD/PharmD/MS/MPH (health services research, health economics research, public health, health services, or related).
- 10+ years pharma/managed care/consulting with primary focus on Market Access and experience conducting HEOR across all research stages.
- Demonstrated health economics & outcomes research expertise (include publication list).
- Ability to interpret US healthcare marketplace and comparative effectiveness research; build relationships; strong problem-solving and communications.
- Preferred: Cell Therapy. Plus: Oncology/Hematology.
- SME by access matrix colleagues; translate insights into research opportunities and shape strategy.
- Travel required; ability to drive a company-provided car.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- $211,880–$256,748 (US Field, full-time).
