Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead development of overarching USMA Liver strategy for HCP engagement, scientific exchange, and medical education across PBC and HDV.
- Translate USMA Liver strategy into executable medical tactics (field-facing materials, scientific narratives, congress strategies, symposia content, advisory boards, digital engagement).
- Serve as a senior Medical Affairs thought partner to Field Medical leadership.
- Own end-to-end medical resource and content operations for USMA Liver (internal/external development, timelines, version control, quality standards).
- Lead U.S. Medical Review Committee (MRC) governance for Liver materials.
- Adapt Global medical content for U.S. use and oversee development of U.S.-specific liver medical materials.
- Operationalize approved resources (training, launch, distribution, adoption across field medical and digital platforms).
- Maintain lifecycle management of liver medical assets (renewals, expirations, proactive updates, inventory).
- Lead HDV tactical planning and execution (Annual Encore planning, congress deliverables, ad hoc initiatives).
- Shape external scientific narrative using emerging clinical, real-world, and guideline data.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure aligned, integrated, compliant execution.
- Drive operational excellence and resource prioritization.
- Contribute to digital/innovation strategy for USMA Liver (digital and AI-enabled solutions).
Knowledge, Experience And Skills
- Advanced healthcare/scientific degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) + 8+ years.
- Medical Affairs experience in biopharma with leadership in strategy and content governance.
- Expertise in medical material development/review processes (MRC/MLR/PRC) and promotional vs. non-promotional standards.
- Strong written/verbal scientific communication.
- Project/program management across multiple workstreams.
- Experience in a highly matrixed environment; lead through influence.
- Travel up to ~30%.
Preferred
- Digital medical content/innovation for HCP education.
- Strong liver disease background (PBC, viral hepatitis, related).
- 8β12+ years relevant experience.

Salary/Benefits (as stated)
- $243,100.00 - $314,600.00; may include annual bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance).
